I’m Pawel Gluszczyszyn. My construction background includes managing and coordinating exterior restoration, façade rehabilitation, roofing, waterproofing, masonry and building-envelope projects in New York City.
That work involves more than choosing a repair material. Access, protection, concealed conditions, sequencing, quantities and coordination between trades all influence the scope, cost and outcome of a project.
Through NY Building Consultant, I help owners, property managers, boards, contractors and project teams understand those practical considerations before approving work or deciding what to do next.
